Jason Fried on Work

I recently viewed Big Think’s interview with 37signals co-founder Jason Fried. This is an excellent interview for anyone who works, and especially if you’re in small business or entrepreneurship. Fried comments on the state of the work place as an environment for distraction instead of work. He mentions some of the ways his company addresses those pitfalls. He discusses a lot of other topics including cloud computing, advice to avoid, and cutting big ideas in half. I’m embedding the video of the interview here if you want to view it.
